The Mission

Drive Results: Oversee daily operations to hit sales targets, manage P&L, and control labor and food costs without sacrificing quality.

Build the Dream Team: Recruit, hire, and train a crew of high-performers. You’ll be responsible for developing the next generation of shift leads and kitchen masters.

Guest Obsession: Ensure every guest receives the "Wings Over Frisco" gold standard: hot food, cold drinks, and a high-energy atmosphere.

Operational Excellence: Maintain a spotless, safe, and compliant facility. You set the standard for health, safety, and brand consistency.

Strategic Growth: Execute local store marketing initiatives to keep Wings Over Frisco the top choice for game days, family nights, and quick bites.
What You Bring to the Table

Experience: 2–4 years of restaurant management experience (Fast-casual or Full-service preferred).

Leadership Mojo: A proven track record of motivating teams and reducing turnover through positive reinforcement and clear accountability.

Business Savvy: Strong understanding of restaurant financials, inventory management, and scheduling.

Problem-Solver: You remain calm under pressure and can pivot quickly when the "Friday night rush" throws a curveball.

Local Connection: Knowledge of the Frisco market is a huge plus!
