- Lead shifts with confidence and energy—set the tone for the entire team
- Deliver fast, accurate service while maintaining top-tier food quality
- Jump in wherever needed—expo, line, front counter—you lead by example
- Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable
- Handle guest concerns quickly and turn problems into great experiences
- Support scheduling, labor control, and inventory management
- Help build a strong, winning team culture

- Restaurant leadership experience (Assistant Manager, Shift Lead, etc.)
- Strong leadership presence—people naturally follow your lead
- Ability to stay cool, focused, and decisive during high-volume rushes
