About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and staff management.
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Develop and implement new menu items to enhance customer experience.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to foster a positive work environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health regulations.
- Monitor food costs and labor to meet budgetary goals.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for food and a commitment to quality.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
