Are you a high-energy leader with a passion for great food, excellent service, and building winning teams? Wings Over Ennis is looking for an experienced, hands-on Restaurant General Manager to run our daily operations and drive our business forward.
As the General Manager, you will be the heart of our restaurant. You’ll be responsible for everything from curating an amazing guest experience and managing P&L to coaching your team and maintaining our high standards for food quality and safety. What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- Lead the Team: Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a high-performing team. Foster a positive, respectful, and energetic work environment.
- Drive Financial Success: Manage the restaurant’s budget, P&L, labor costs, and food waste. Implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Ensure Guest Satisfaction: Maintain a high level of customer service. Handle guest feedback with professionalism and use it to improve operations.
- Maintain Operational Excellence: Oversee daily opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and ordering. Ensure strict compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Be Hands-On: Lead by example on the floor during peak hours, supporting your team in the kitchen or at the counter whenever needed.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
- Experience: 2-3 years of restaurant management experience (General Manager or Assistant GM ready to step up), preferably in full-service restaurants.
- Leadership: Proven track record of building, coaching, and retaining a reliable team.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of restaurant metrics, inventory control, and labor management.
- Certifications: Valid ServSafe Manager certification (or willingness to obtain one quickly).
- Availability: Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a strong work ethic.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per hour
