Position Overview
As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee shift operations, maintain high standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day performance. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations
- Lead and support team members during shifts
- Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are met
- Handle guest concerns and provide excellent customer service
- Help with scheduling, inventory, and ordering
- Train and develop new and existing employees
- Monitor labor and control costs during shifts
- Maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or food service experience required (leadership preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
